Rich is a native Californian, but has lived in Charlotte for 21 years. He has two sons, Ryan (21) and Shane (19). He started his career as an athletic trainer, transitioned into business and then finally joined the staff of Sports Outreach in June 2018. Hobbies include, volleyball, cooking, travel and wine collecting. He has traveled to 53 countries. One of his favorite bible verses is 2 Kings 3:16 ”…Dig ditches all over this valley.”
